Request Records

FOIL requests must be made in writing to the Commission’s Records Access Officer and may be submitted online via the below button to the Records Access Center, via mail, in-person delivery or fax. Please be as specific as possible in describing the records sought.

Many Gaming Commission datasets and statistics are available on New York State’s Open Data Portal – data.ny.gov.
