The New York State Gaming Commission has contracted with Stirling Street Capital Advisors, LLC to provide gaming advisory services to the Gaming Facility Location Board.
New York State Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law Section 109-a(6) states: “The board may contract with a consultant to assist in the analysis of applications submitted for gaming facility licenses…. The board may contract with attorneys, accountants, auditors and financial and other experts to render necessary services.”
Stirling Street Capital Advisors, LLC was selected via a Request for Proposals issued June 20, 2025 for three separate advisory services:
- Financial Advisory Services including analysis of applications submitted
- Market analysis of the revenue projections and impact of each applicant’s proposed gaming facility on existing facilities and potential new facilities
- Summaries and comparisons of aspects of the applications and a comprehensive draft of the Board’s evaluation of each application
