Availability of Records:

Upon appointment, public records maintained by the Gaming Commission are available for inspection or copying on weekdays between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the New York State Gaming Commission, 1 Broadway Center, Schenectady, NY 12305. Make a FOIL Request:

FOIL requests for records maintained by the Gaming Commission must be submitted in writing to the Commission’s Records Access Officer.  Please be as specific as possible in describing the records you seek.  Requests can be submitted online. delivered in person, mailed, faxed, or emailed.

Right to Appeal:
