Make a FOIL Request: 

           FOIL requests must be made in writing to the Commission’s Records Access Officer and may be submitted online via the below button to 

           the Records Access Center, via mail, in-person delivery or fax. Please be as specific as possible in describing the records sought.

           Many Gaming Commission datasets and statistics are available on New York State’s Open Data Portal – data.ny.gov.
